While we make reasonable efforts to ensure information is current, Massageasy makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Massageasy and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury or property damage sustained during or after a massage service
• The quality of services or any negligence by shop operators
• Service cancellations, changes, or refusals by shop operators after a booking is confirmed
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this platform

Payments processed through Massageasy are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the individual shop at the time of booking. Massageasy acts as a payment collection agent on behalf of shop operators. In the event of a dispute regarding a service, customers should contact the shop operator directly in the first instance.

Massageasy is not responsible for any payment disputes between customers and shop operators, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws in Hong Kong.

By using Massageasy, you agree to use this platform lawfully and respectfully. Any booking made with fraudulent intent, or any abusive behaviour towards shop staff, may result in account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Personal data collected by Massageasy is used solely for the purpose of facilitating bookings and improving our platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

Massageasy reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised disclaimer.

This disclaimer and your use of Massageasy are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
